I’m Linsey, a designer who wants to help you tell your story and change the world for the better.
I believe in a co-design iterative process, rooted in meeting the needs of the audience and centering empathy.
Who is element 47 design?
Linsey Silver is the principal of Element 47 Design. She is a lifelong learner and visual thinker. Linsey has an MPS in Data Analytics and Visualization from Maryland Institute College of Art, an MFA in Design from California College of the Arts, and a BA in Communications, Legal Institutions, Government and Economics. She has an extensive background in print, exhibition design, multilingual and information design.
Her MPS Capstone project, It Matters, was selected as the Capstone Award Winner for Spring 2023. She has also been published in “Becoming a Graphic Designer”, and has appeared in several PRINT Regional Annuals and the Washington Post.
Linsey is the past Director of Teaching and Learning at the DC Language Immersion Project and former professor of Graphic Design at American University.
